I·CARE Framework
An appropriate framework for non-formal education will guide students' development in accordance with the fine traditions of the University. The Experiential Learning Activities (ELA), i.e. outside classroom activities and services of students are captured and presented under the I‧CARE framework. The name of I‧CARE is chosen to reinforce the caring spirit and instill the sense of ownership for personal development into students. The desirable targets, as well as appropriate values and skills for students to attain through experiential learning are categorised under the following categories:
I - Integrity and moral development
C - Creativity and intellectual development
A - Appreciation of life and aesthetic development
R - Relationships and social development
E - Energy and wellness
